Ademola Abioye, CEO (MSc)
Mr. Ademola who is the CEO is responsible for executing the company strategy and overseeing the financial operations for the company. Mr. Ademola has a dual Master’s Degree. He earned his first Master of Science degree in Managerial Psychology from the renowned University of Ibadan, and a Post-Masters degree in Human Ecology from Vie Universiteit Brussel, Belgium. He sought to promote recovery on illnesses to people across lifespan to include children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. He oversees and manages our team to help support your health.
Taiwo I Abioye, DNP, Psychiatry Mental Health
Dr. Taiwo Abioye DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric medical provider and an addiction specialist with specialization as a DEA certified Buprenorphine practitioner and DEA Certified on Narcotics Maintenance and Detox.
She is knowledgeable and experienced in treating patients with opioid use disorders, and provides patient-centered compassionate, safe, and evidence based care. She is skilled in diagnosing, and treating Adults and Children with mental and behavioral health disorders.
Dr. Tee graduated honors with doctorate degree from Touro University Nevada with concentration on Psychiatry. She also graduated honors from Walden University with a Masters degree in Nursing and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse practitioner.
Her treatment approach involves a comprehensive assessment and patient-centered treatment and holistic plan that utilizes FDA-approved medication & evidence-based therapy.
Her clinical interest includes Medication Management, counseling services, outpatient substance program, treating addiction particularly opiate addiction with Suboxone (Buprenorphine and Naloxone.
She is currently serving as a clinical instructor for masters degree nursing level students of Walden University.
Dr. Coddie Vassar, MD Psychiatrist
Dr. Codie Vassar, is a dedicated psychiatrist passionate about helping people and has a strong background in mathematics and science. With his expertise in psychiatry, he specializes in diagnosing, treating, and preventing mental illnesses for individuals aged six and above.
Dr. Vassar completed his undergraduate studies at the prestigious University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned his medical degree from the renowned Medical College of Wisconsin. Fluent in English and Spanish, he ensures effective communication with a diverse range of patients.
Dr. Vassar’s patient care philosophy revolves around collaboration, empowerment, and psychoeducation. He actively involves his patients in their treatment journey, encouraging shared decision-making and ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their condition and available treatment options.
Offering medication management and evidence-based psychotherapy, Dr. Vassar provides comprehensive care to promote mental health and well-being. He tailors treatment plans to each patient’s unique needs and values, embracing cultural sensitivity in his approach.
Peter Kelley, DO, Family Medicine
Dr. Peter Kelly, graduated from University of New England School of Osteopathic Medicine, Residency in Family Medicine at UMDNJ-SOM. Board Certified in Family Medicine. With broad experience in diagnostic medicine, He provides extensive knowledge to our team.
Ricardo Swatts MSN AGACNP-BC
We are excited to partner and affiliate with Mr. Swatts, the Chief of Los Cerros medical. He earned his nurse practitioner degree at Grand Canyon University. He oversees the medical clinic by offering medical home visits and provides excellent medical services, lab work, physical therapy, occupational therapy, X-rays, Echocardiograms, electrocardiograms, and much more! He is experienced and skilled in improving operational efficiency, enhancing patient care processes, and aligning clinical goals with business strategies. He collaborates with our clinicians, administrative staff, and patients to understand workflows, pain points, and business needs.
Mr. Ige also helps analyze operational and clinical data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement (e.g., patient no-show rates, treatment outcomes, referral patterns).
